Wayang Kulit, The Indonesian Traditional Shadow Puppets Show

The art of Wayang (traditional shadow puppets) has become an inseparable part of the people's lives in Java and Bali. 

Quoting the Ministry of Tourism data, this long-lived art is among the world's greatest storytelling traditions. 

It comes in the form of wayang orang (theater), wayang golek (three-dimensional wooden puppets theatre), and wayang kulit (leather puppet shadow theatre).
