Accompanied by Chairman of the Indonesian NOC Raja Sapta Oktohari, Prabowo met with IOC President Thomas Bach in Paris, lasyt weekend.
During the meeting with PM Fumio Kishida in Tokyo, Prabowo underlined the need for Indonesia and Japan to continue enhancing multi-sectoral bilateral partnerships.
President Prabowo Subianto's first state visits to six countries are proof that Indonesia is an active partner on the global stage.
In an Instagram post on Sunday, the presidential office announced that his visits to China, the United States, Peru, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) produced a number of strategic agreements and memoranda of understanding.
The office said such partnerships bring substantial benefits to Indonesia in the forms of increased bilateral cooperation, secured investment commitments, support for national economic growth, and the creation of jobs.
"This success represents a concrete step in strengthening Indonesia's position on the global stage as an active and reliable partner," said the presidential office, as quoted by Antara.
By his visit to the United Kingdom, Prabowo had secured investment commitments amounting to US$18.5 billion.
"I think this is quite good, showing global confidence in Indonesia's economy," Prabowo said while in the United Kingdom, as quoted in the post.
Prabowo's first state tour took place over two weeks from November 8 to 23.
